To create a quick reply, go to Settings > Business Settings > Quick Replies. Tap on the + icon and enter the shortcut, message, and image or document. Save your quick reply.


To use a quick reply, type / in the chat box and select the quick reply you want to send. You can also edit or delete a quick reply by tapping on it in the list.


Automatic Greeting and Away Messages




Automatic greeting and away messages are messages that you can set up to welcome new customers or inform them when you are not available. You can customize the message content, recipients, and schedule.


To set up a greeting message, go to Settings > Business Settings > Greeting Message. Turn on the toggle and edit the message. You can also choose who will receive the message and when it will be sent.


To set up an away message, go to Settings > Business Settings > Away Message. Turn on the toggle and edit the message. You can also choose who will receive the message and when it will be sent.


Contacts Labels




Contacts labels are labels that you can use to organize your contacts or chats with different categories, such as new customer, order placed, payment pending, etc. You can create up to 20 contacts labels with different colors and names.


To create a contact label, go to Settings > Business Settings > Labels. Tap on the + icon and enter the name and color of the label. Save your label.


To assign a label to a contact or chat, tap on the chat or contact and then tap on the label icon at the top. Select the label you want to assign. You can also remove a label by tapping on it again.


To filter or search by label, tap on the label icon at the top of the chats or contacts screen. Select the label you want to filter or search by.


Message Statistics




Message statistics are metrics that show you how many messages were sent, delivered, and read by your customers. You can use these statistics to measure your performance and improve your communication strategy.


To access message statistics, go to Settings > Business Settings > Statistics. You will see a graph that shows you the number of messages sent, delivered, and read over time. You can also tap on each metric to see more details.


Catalogs




Catalogs are collections of products or services that you offer to your customers. You can create a catalog with images, prices, descriptions, links, and codes for each item. You can also share your catalog with your customers or potential customers through WhatsApp.


To create a catalog, go to Settings > Business Settings > Catalog. Tap on Add Product or Service and enter the details of the item. Save your item. Repeat this process for each item you want to add to your catalog.


To share your catalog, tap on the attachment icon in the chat box and select Catalog. Choose the item you want to share and tap on Send.


Interactive Business Message




Interactive business message is a type of message that allows you to send messages with buttons that enable customers to take actions such as visiting your website, calling your number, or making a purchase. You can use these messages to increase engagement and conversion rates.


To send an interactive business message, go to Settings > Business Tools > Interactive Business Message. Tap on Create Message and choose the type of button you want to add: Call-to-Action or Quick Reply. Enter the text and URL or phone number for the button. Save your message.


To use an interactive business message, tap on the attachment icon in the chat box and select Interactive Business Message. Choose the message you want to send and tap on Send.
