Pilot Instaboost Won't Charge ^HOT^

Thank you for sharing this. I just bought an Instaboost 400 battery charger from a clearance of a warehouse and is nonreturnable. The instaboost just doesn't charge not hold any charge. After reading a lot of reviews, I conclude the batteries may have gone bad and called the company but no response. Any suggestions where I may find the batteries to replace and how to replace them would be much appreciated.
